Payment can be made at the reception with the EC card (Maestro) or in cash. ´
You can of course also settle your bill by bank transfer (free of charge within the EU). We accept bank transfers providing the full amount arrives at our bank before clients depart.

Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by credit card.
Cancellation regulations:
Independent from date of cancelation we set an administrative charge of € 25,-
Up to 3 months prior to arrival cancellation is free of charge, between 3 months prior and 29 days prior to arrival we will charge the room price for three days, 28 days prior to arrival or less we will charge 70% of the holiday cost, by delayed arrival or premature departure we will charge 100% of the holiday cost.

We would advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance when you book your holiday. This service is offered by the hotel or is bookable on the internet. |
